Though this program is designed to be completed in 18-24 months, there is opportunity to complete it in as little as 12 months. The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. Essential functions include handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation, maintaining current and accurate data within the companys marketing database, generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads, managing all rental asset processes to include vehicle PM and cleanliness standards, meeting overall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives, maintaining compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies, and reconciling all customer concerns, issues and disputes in order to maintain the ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base.

Additional responsibilities include performing the role of On-Call Representative based on work schedules as determined by Supervisor on a voluntary basis and performing other duties as assigned.

Skills and abilities include strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, high energy, self motivated, self directed person who is able to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors), ability to work independently and as a member of a team, detail oriented with strong follow-up practices, possess a high degree of common sense and the aptitude to learn quickly, ability to relocate in the region / US at the conclusion of the training program, and must be computer literate intermediate required.

Qualifications include a Bachelors degree required in business administration or similar related degree, one (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred, and must be computer literate intermediate required.

Operations and Support

Compensation Information : The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidates relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below :

Pay Type : Salaried

Minimum Pay Range : $53K

Maximum Pay Range : $55K
