As a DSP Career Coach, you will guide and support individuals in developing job duties, responsibilities, and skills to help them reach their full potential and excel in their roles.

  • Responsibilities :
  • Coach and mentor individuals to develop job duties, responsibilities, and skills.
  • Provide support and encouragement to individuals to help them reach their full potential and enhance their job performance.
  • Create personalized plans to assist clients in achieving their career aspirations.
  • Build strong and positive relationships with employers and community partners.
  • Qualifications :
  • Passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
  • Friendly, upbeat personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
  • No experience necessary; all training will be provided.
  • Required background, OIG, and MVR clearance.
  • Capable of physical movement and lifting up to 50 lbs.
