Duties :
- Perform routine dental cleanings and occasional SRP's
- Help conduct thorough oral examinations to assess the overall oral health of patients
- Taking dental x-rays and intraoral pictures as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care
- Document patient information, help formulate a complete treatment plan that takes into account the periodontal health of a patient, and takes detailed notes during examinations
- Stay updated on current dental practices, techniques, and advancements through continuing education
Qualifications :
Valid state dental hygiene licenseGraduation from an accredited dental hygiene programExperience with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software preferredExcellent communication skills with the ability to educate and explain complex dental concepts to patients in a clear mannerWe offer competitive compensation based on experience and benefits including uniform, retirement, CE, and health care benefits.
