Schedule : Flexible – Option to work 4x10s or 5x8s

Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient clinic in Great Falls, Montana . The ideal candidate will have strong orthopedic experience and the ability to provide exceptional care to adult patients in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Use evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function.

Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients and families on treatment goals and at-home exercise programs.

Requirements :

Active MT Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain prior to start).

BLS (AHA) required.

Minimum 1 year of PT experience required.

Outpatient orthopedic experience required.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Flexible Schedule : Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday (no weekends)
