Shop Supervisor – Structural Steel Fabrication
We’re looking for a hands-on and motivated Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations in a large-scale structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabrication shop. This is your opportunity to join an award-winning fabricator and erector known for delivering some of the most recognizable stadiums and landmark projects along the East Coast. You’ll play a key role in maintaining production efficiency, quality, and safety while supporting a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure every project is completed on time and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do :
Oversee daily production activities and shop personnel to meet project schedules.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout all fabrication processes.
Coordinate workflow between departments to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.
Support team development through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve production challenges.
Monitor equipment and material needs to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
What You Bring :
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a structural steel or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, shop equipment, and safety practices.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits :
$50,000 – $80,000 (DOE)
