  • Civil Superintendent / Supervisor
  • to join our team in Schriever, LA. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage crews and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple onsite crews efficiently.
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to safety protocols on the job site.
  • Responsible for the accurate time tracking and production for all crew members.
  • Oversee the submission of coded and approved paperwork.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, paperwork, and timesheets.
  • Maintain focus on

  • , ensuring accurate recording and tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with higher-level administration, project managers, and crews.
  • Qualifications :
  • 5 years of experience
  • as a Civil Superintendent / Supervisor (3 years minimum experience considered for the right candidate).
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to company culture and standards.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage various teams and tasks.
