At least 50% of work schedule will be in-office. All equipment provided. We are looking for Clinician / Case Managers in the Maricopa County area !! - Including West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas! Clinician / Case Managers are Full-Time employees and work non-traditional schedules, including weekend hours. SAGE Counseling is actively looking for Full-Time Clinician / Case Managers. This role will facilitate group counseling sessions and conduct case management services to support SAGE clients. Our treatment programs were developed for criminal offenders with an overall clinical approach grounded in evidence-based standards.
