As a Community Liaison You will :
Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote our hospice servicesBuild strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partnersAttend community events to raise awareness and represent our brandTrack and manage outreach activity in our system (CRM)Use market insights to plan and improve outreach effortsEducate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can helpWork with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality careStay current on hospice care through training and self-learningComplete reports, documentation, and other admin tasks on timeFollow all healthcare rules and regulationsBenefits and Perks for You!
