Kingsway Christian Church, a thriving, large church on the west side of Indianapolis, is looking for a Production Specialist (25 hours) to support our Production Ministry. This role is your chance to contribute to impactful worship experiences and help our team shine!

What You'll Do :

Support the Production Manager in implementing strategies and weekly ministry duties
Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades
Program graphics and manage AVL systems for weekly worship services
Support outside events and special projects as needed
Ensure all documentation and processes are organized and ready for volunteers

Ideal Candidate :

Personal relationship with Jesus and a cooperative, team-focused spirit

1–3 years experience in a live production environment (AVL)

Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems

Action-oriented, relational, and able to assist volunteers and staff effectively

Comfortable with physical setup, including lifting, heights, and use of ladders / lifts
