Requirements as a Family Medicine Physician :

Board-Certified / Board-Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine

At least 2 years of clinical experience (preferred, but not required)

Eligible for or holding an unrestricted State Medical License in Texas

Certified in BLS or ACLS

DEA registered (or eligible)
