Location : Des Plaines, IL

Compensation : $50–$60 / hour + commission & performance bonuses

Schedule : Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and confident Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have advanced injection skills, a strong understanding of aesthetic medicine, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care. In addition to injectable services, experience in IV therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and weight loss programs is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

Perform injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, etc.) with advanced skill and precision.

Provide patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.

Educate patients on available services and recommend appropriate treatments.

Confidently upsell and cross-sell services to support client goals and practice growth.

Administer IV therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and weight loss treatments as needed.

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Foster positive patient relationships by delivering exceptional service and follow-up care.

Qualifications

Licensed RN, NP, or PA in the state of Illinois.

2–3 years of advanced injecting experience required.

Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to professional integrity.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend complementary treatments.
