Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders / Fabricators for projects located in and around Fort Collins, CO . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $28–$30 / hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder / Fabricator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope :

  • Perform both shop fabrication and field installation work
  • Utilize stick and MIG welding techniques on a variety of custom and decorative metal projects
  • Fabricate unique and artistic pieces independently (not production line work)
  • Assist in field installations, taking initiative on independent tasks as needed

Requirements :

Well-rounded experience with stick (SMAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding

  • Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accuracy in fabrication and installation
  • Proven ability to fabricate decorative or artistic metalwork (not strictly production welding)
  • Must be comfortable working in both shop and field environments
  • Reliable transportation and standard PPE required
  • Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards
