Pricing Analyst - Hanover, PA

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 (DOE) + Bonus

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain pricing models, discount strategies, and reporting tools

Monitor competitive pricing and profitability across products, regions, and customer segments

Review sales contracts for compliance, liability, and financial risk

Partner with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to shape optimal pricing strategies

Perform monthly and quarterly financial analyses (SG&A, COGS, OPEX) and present findings

Support budget development and financial projections for pricing programs

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years' relevant work experience in pricing, finance, or analytics

Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, data analysis, visualization)

Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI preferred)

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
