Principal Duties And Responsibilities :

Repair and install all types of plumbing pipes and devices in accordance with the plumbing code. Must have the knowledge and ability to rod all types of waste and drain lines. Must have the ability to repair all related kitchen equipment. Must be able to install new / used equipment including faucets, lavatories, toilets, flush valves, sinks, drinking fountains and domestic water heaters (either steam, electric or gas fired). Must be able to install, repair and adjust steam station of various types and styles. Must be able to operate appropriate construction tools and equipment. Must be able to cut, flange and thread all types of pipe including stainless, PVC, galvanized, black, copper etc. And must be able to sweat copper pipe and fittings using various types of soft solder. Apply all types and sizes of fittings and valves to all types' lines and construct anti-siphon devices. Medical air systems, repair room med gas outlets

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities :

Knowledge :

• Knowledge and use of high / low pressure steam systems
• Knowledge of building plumbing systems
• Knowledge pumping and fire system protection systems
• Knowledge of all types of pumps
• Knowledge of the computer maintenance system and associated devices such as tablets.
• Knowledge of medical gas systems and maintenance.

Estimated compensation for this position : 99,673.00 47.92 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
