SUMMARY Arcticom, LLC, a company within the BSNC family is currently seeking a qualified Senior Logistician for the Ground Based Air Defense Engineering and Logistics Contract at Quantico, VA. Logisticians are expected to assist with all logistics aspects within the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) portfolio both in garrison and in field environments. This position is a combination of both “in-the-office” and “in-the-field” support and requires flexibility when supporting a fast-paced program with continually evolving requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Logistics meeting support during test and demonstration planning Life-Cycle Logistics Support including component failure tracking and configuration management Perform readiness and reliability data collection using life cycle logistics information systems which include but are not limited to, Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), Web Federal Logistics Information System, Technical Data Management (TDM) Catalyst, and Logistics - Data & Analytics Reporting Tool Conduct timely analysis of product support design parameters (e.g., Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Durability; Mean Time Between Operational Mission Failure (MTBOMF), Operational Availability (Ao), Mean Time to Repair (MTIR), and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), etc) Perform Limited Technical Inspections and new equipment in-bound and out-bound shipments, to include internal management and accounting of items Review and make recommendations for appropriate sustainment changes when applicable Serve as technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) during test and evaluations providing key input to operation and maintenance / sustainment of weapon systems Lead and participate in technical manual verifications Draft and edit disposal and demilitarization plans Track and manage National Stock Number (NSN) data maintenance actions regarding the NSN’s lifecycle and the sustainment of parts and components Review Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Requests for Waiver (RFW), and Requests for Deviations (RFDs) and provide recommendations Prepare, validate, and make changes to the maintenance plan over the equipment life cycle and support / participate in the Depot Level Source of Repair (DLSOR) process Serve on programs Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and is a key member of government design review teams QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
