What You'll Contribute :

  • Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast performance, assess risks, and evaluate strategic initiatives.
  • Provide deep-dive analysis on financial trends, business drivers, and operational performance.
  • Partner with leadership to deliver insights that guide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting packages with clear recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and data integrity.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred). 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI / reporting tools a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link financial results to operational performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering strategic insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills—capable of simplifying complex financial information for executives and cross-functional teams.
