Excavator Operator

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking an Excavator Operator based out of our Waco, TX plant. As an Excavator Operator you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and working with a team to produce natural aggregates in a mining environment.

Day to Day

Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition

• Operate equipment in quarry or production
• Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations.
• Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performance
• Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned
• Proficient knowledge of preventative maintenance in equipment and plant maintenance
• Cleans equipment, clears obstacles in work environment.

About You

Working Conditions

While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.
