Skilled Nurse - Clinical Leader

Job Title :

A skilled and compassionate healthcare professional is needed to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. As a leader in the nursing field, this individual will have the opportunity to develop and implement long-term care plans, while also working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities :

Utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation, this nurse will provide comprehensive care to assigned patients. This includes administering medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness of treatment prescribed, and documenting patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given. Additionally, this nurse will assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members and / or caregivers, as well as identify issues and resources to support patient needs.

Requirements :

A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred, as is one year of experience in the related nursing specialty. The ideal candidate will possess a RN License in the state of employment or compact, and BLS certification.
