Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care for a nursing job in Hiram, Georgia.

RN- Acute Care

Hiring experienced RNs for multiple acute care units.

Role Overview

Provide individualized, high-quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team

Practice based on Wellstar’s Professional Practice Model and evidence-based standards

Support patient-centered care by partnering with patients and families, respecting cultural diversity

Core Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation

Coordinate care delivery and documentation through effective interdisciplinary teamwork

Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance

Serve as preceptor or mentor to nursing staff and students to promote professional growth

Uphold regulatory standards, legal requirements, and system policies for patient safety and care quality

Qualifications

Minimum : Associate Degree in Nursing or accredited nursing school graduate

Preferred : Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Required licenses : Registered Nurse license (single or multi-state compact), Basic Life Support certifications

Experience : New graduates with required clinical hours accepted; direct patient care preferred
