Position : Director of Quality

Overview :
The Director of Quality will lead the organization’s efforts to ensure product excellence, service reliability, and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for shaping the company’s quality vision, developing scalable systems, and driving operational improvements that support growth and innovation. As a senior leader, this person will work cross-functionally to elevate performance standards and build a culture centered on accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and execute a company-wide quality strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Build and manage quality programs encompassing product development, manufacturing, service delivery, and supplier performance.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing quality team, promoting collaboration, ownership, and professional growth.
- Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to ensure quality standards are built into every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory, safety, and internal process requirements.
- Proactively identify performance risks and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Report quality performance results, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership on a regular basis.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in quality, operations, or engineering management, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.Proven success designing and managing quality systems within a complex technical or product-driven environment.Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO standards.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline required; advanced degree preferred.Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.Experience collaborating across global or multi-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
