Mid-Level Collection Requirements Manager
Strategic ACI is seeking a Mid-Level Collection Requirements Manager to support the various intelligence disciplines which in turn supports analytical information needs in support the Joint Staff and Deputy Directorate for Collection Requirement Management missions.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the Collection Requirements Management in a Multi-INT environment.
- Includes researching, validating, and submitting Multi-INT Collection Requirements.
- Responsible for collaborating with the DoD and other U.S. intelligence organizations.
- Implement current processes to provide comprehensive Multi-INT collect support.
- Maintain currency and expertise in the applications, methods, products, and tasking flow of all intelligence disciplines.
- Create collection strategies and monitor the production satisfaction of all requirements.
- Assist analysts and leaders in producing Key Intelligence Questions / Essential Elements of Information to answer gaps.
Qualifications : Required :
Active TS / SCI Clearance, with CI Poly preferred.Valid US passport.U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.5-15 years of related experience working within the Intelligence Community or military intelligence experience with a significant amount of experience being in collection requirement management.Possess All Source Analysis experience with in-depth knowledge of two or more of the following intelligence disciplines : SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, HUMMIT, and OSINT.Experience in national or theater-level Collection Requirements Management processes.Deep HUMINT background with 4+ years of experience with SIGINT.Ability to successfully pass a drug screening test and federal background check.Proficient in performing capability requirements analysis and preparing products daily.Proficient in staff writing, multi-level coordinating, and publishing reports and assessments related to data and artificial intelligence capability requirements development at the executive level.Proficient at using Windows based desktop computers and MS Professional Suite of applications, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Previous experience as a collection manager.Understanding of intel requirements submissions.Experience using the CHROME intel tool.Should have attended one or more of the following courses / trainings :Intelligence Collection Managers Course (ICMC)Intelligence Collections Course (ICC)Naval Collection Managers Course (NCMC)Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Operations Course (IROC)Overhead Collection Management Center (OCMC) Boot CampUSCENTCOM Collection Managers CourseMASINT Collection Managers CourseHUMINT and CI Collection Requirements ManagementOSCAR-MS Collection Requirement Writing CourseConduct all necessary training required to remain current on new applications, procedures, and initiatives within the collection requirements management field.Proficient in the following tasking systems / applications of various collection disciplines :Collection Requirements Analysis Tool for the Enterprise (CRATE)Multi-domain Administrative Graphical Interface for CDIR (MAGIC)Counterintelligence and HUMINT Requirements Reporting and Operations Management Environment (CHROME)Open-Source Collection Acquisition Requirement-Management System (OSCAR-MS)National MASINT Requirements System (NMRS)National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP)GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS)Records Management Traffic (RMT)Analyst NotebookINTELINKFalconViewModernized Integrated Database (MIDB)Integrated Exploitation Capability (IEC)Google EarthNational Security Agency PulseBattlespace Visualization Initiative (BVI)National Exploitation System (NES)National Production Workshop (NPW)GEOINT Search and Retrieval (GSR)CedilianPrecision Sensor Assessment System-Multi-INT / Multi-Domain (PSAS-M)Planning Tool for Resource Integration, Synchronization, and Management (PRISM)Net-centric GEOINT Discovery Services (NGDS)GEOINT Enterprise TPED Services (GETS)HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOTR)Desired :
