Senior Project Manager

Job Description

Location : Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite in Lansing, MI (Tues / Weds)

Contract Length : 12 months

Candidates must be local (defined as a maximum 90 minute commute from Lansing)

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex software and infrastructure projects that involve large cross-functional teams, vendor partnerships, and enterprise integration. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in Agile project leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic delivery of high-impact technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise-scale IT projects.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones.
• Define and control project scope, deliverables, and budget while managing risk.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and apply hybrid project management methodologies.
• Oversee and develop key project documentation, including SOWs, RFPs, and contracts.
• Communicate progress, risks, and solutions effectively to senior leadership.
