Job Description

Supervises a team of loan processors to ensure that new mortgage loan packages are processed and completed according to established policies and procedures. Ensure operations are efficient and effective. Evaluates files for accuracy, completion, and compliance with governmental regulations. Trains and supports a team of processors on current and new procedures. May prepare loans for underwriting. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional areas under supervision.

Job Qualifications

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION :

Associate's degree in business or finance related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Five (5) years of experience in mortgage processing, secondary market FHA and VA.

One (1) year of Supervisory experience.
