Office Admin

To support and work with all levels of associates throughout the company as well as outside vendors in efforts to secure successful completion of all department activities. To possess excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, diligence and accuracy, collaboration and teamwork and the ability to expeditiously multi-task projects and assignments.

Essential Functions :

• Provide clerical support including service dispatch, invoice, accounts payable, service orders and warehouse.
• Answer incoming calls in a congenial manner; provide information as appropriate and initiates correspondence in response for requests for information including dispatch and service calls.
• Accounts receivable reporting and collections follow up.
• Support other positions as needed.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00 / hr.
