As a skilled professional, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of the Hospice Clinical Supervisor and on order of the physician. You will be accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients and families of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.

You will accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice and manage a caseload of patients living within the service area of hospice. You will coordinate patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collegial relationship to promote patient comfort and assist in the achievement of a comfortable and peaceful death.

This position requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire, 1 year Medical / surgical experience, recent acute care or long-term care experience and experience in EOL care.
