A company is looking for a Central IV Patient Service Representative (PSR) to support patient care and service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Contact patients to review supply needs and document changes in demographics and orders
Manage patient delivery timelines and communicate changes in product usage to relevant parties
Record service information accurately and triage equipment issues to appropriate staff members
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or contact center field
Ability to manage multiple tasks and contribute to a team environment
Knowledge of microcomputer systems, including Microsoft Office
