Part-Time Treasury Clerk Or Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's Treasury team as a Part-Time Treasury Clerk or Intern on a part-time basis. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate cash management and treasury operations. You'll support daily banking activities, administrative duties, and learn about the ins and outs of treasury within a complex corporate organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate with the treasury team about tasks that need attention
• Scan checks and complete remote deposits
• Respond to emails within the treasury inbox as requested
• Assist with various administrative & clerical duties as instructed
• Support fraud prevention efforts and ensure compliance with treasury policies
• Maintain records for bank accounts, agreements, and signature cards
• Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 / hr.
