Responsibilities Position is in an acute care setting on the CT Tech unit Work with two Canon CT scanners : 16 slice and 80 slice Studies performed include brain, abdomen, pelvis, spine, biopsies, drainage, extremities, angiography, and cryoablation Average daily volume is 85-100 scans Uses Cerner EMR, Radnet, and Merge PACS systems Day shifts with 4x10-hour schedule; every other weekend required Holiday coverage includes one major and one minor holiday First to float within modality as needed In-house radiologist available during days and on-call after hours Teal scrubs required Department-specific orientation will be provided by lead or senior technologists IV starts are not required; IVs are started by IR, floor, or ED nurses Radiology supervisor or lead tech available for support Must work one major and one minor holiday during assignment Returning candidates must not have been employed by CommonSpirit affiliates in the past year Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent CT experience in an acute care environment Certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT CT), ARRT, California CRT, and BLS required Active state or compact license required if applicable Experience with Canon CT equipment preferred Must be able to provide two professional references, including one supervisor from the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from the last 3 years Copy of driver's license required for consideration Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-620074.
