Senior Recruiter, GTM

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team and drive the growth of our North American GTM teams. As a Senior Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with our hiring teams to spot, attract, and hire top talent, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our growing organization.

What you'll do :

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization - from intake meetings, strategic sourcing, and interviewing to debriefs and offer negotiation;
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, providing expert guidance to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive, long-term talent acquisition strategies for our North American offices;
• Act as a talent advisor, proactively identifying and engaging top-tier talent through creative and advanced sourcing techniques. Cultivate deep, authentic relationships with candidates to ensure a world-class hiring experience from the first point of contact to post-offer communication;
• Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to refine sourcing strategies, identify trends, and inform business leaders on talent availability and compensation;
• Champion an inclusive hiring process, coaching hiring teams on best practices to attract, assess, and select a diverse pool of candidates;
• Multiply your experience and knowledge working closely with Recruiters in the global Talent Acquisition team.

Who you are :
