Long-term care facility is looking for a skilled and caring Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or (LPN) to join our team. We currently have an opening on our night shift. New grads are welcome to apply. Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Monitor and record vital signs, medication administration, and other health indicators
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Document patient care and updates accurately in the medical records
• Participate in care planning and implementation of individualized care plans
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for residents and staff
