Overview
Roedel Parsons Blache Fontana Piontek & Pisano is looking to hire a skilled litigation attorney with between 5 and 10 years' experience and at least a small book of business. The position is full-time and on-site in Roedel Parsons' Baton Rouge office. Roedel Parsons is a business law firm founded in 1988 and which serves a broad base of public and private clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior partners with matters involving construction law, expropriation (eminent domain), utilities regulation, and contract disputes, among others.
- Draft and negotiate contracts; perform corporate legal work as part of the attorney's responsibilities.
- Collaborate effectively in a team setting; demonstrate self-starting, organized, and focused work habits.
