About the Role :

EHS Support is looking for a Principal Marine Consultant to join our Australia team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with industry leaders, manage complex approvals, and guide clients through high-profile projects. With access to AES’s and EHS Support's national approvals community, you’ll work on both local and international projects that make a difference. You will work closely with the AES / EHS Support senior leadership to help realize the vision of AES / EHS Support being recognized as a top-tier provider of primary and secondary approvals across diverse industries.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Develop technical proposals and strengthen client relationships through business development.
• Develop new lines of service delivery leveraging your skills and expertise with the existing AES / EHS team.
• Assist in delivering a high-performing national approvals team.
• Lead environmental impact assessments and complex approvals processes.
• Manage projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level consultants to build their expertise in environmental approvals.
• Foster collaboration within AES and EHS Support's multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results.
