Key Responsibilities :

As an Audit Manager, you'll play a hands-on leadership role within our firm while working collaboratively with your team and clients.

  • Guide audit, review, and compilation engagements as an in-charge, including planning, reviewing, and delivering results that exceed client expectations.
  • Coach and mentor staff by providing feedback, growth opportunities, and performance evaluations, ensuring your team reaches new heights.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business and industry, anticipate needs, and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Manage project deliverables to meet deadlines while identifying roadblocks and navigating critical milestones.
  • Lead client meetings, audit planning efforts, and engagement execution in a wide variety of industries.
  • Support firm growth by actively engaging in marketing efforts and meeting business development goals.
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field such as Finance, Business, or Economics.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience or more in public accounting or audit management
  • CPA certification
  • Proven experience in team leadership and coaching
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and proficiency in audit tools such as cloud based audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    At our firm, we're looking for candidates who are fully authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming dedicated professionals to our team!

    Olsen Thielen offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward performance and recognize your value to the firm. The starting salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000, based on factors like experience, qualifications, and organizational needs. Compensation also includes a bonus structure and eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, 401(k) with employer contributions, profit sharing, and more.
