This role own operational tasks for the sponsorship marketing team and helps solve business problems by customizing the Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to create, execute and scale processes that optimize the sponsorship effort globally ensuring an outstanding sponsor and stakeholder experience.
This person must be a master at critical thinking, an exceptional communicator (verbal and written), detail-obsessed, have the confidence to be resourceful on a daily basis, able to prioritize shifting tasks as needed, and execute flawlessly. This role is on a team that is dedicated to sponsor success, is fast-paced, and entrepreneurial in an always challenging environment.
As part of a global team this role may be occasionally required to attend meetings and support eventsoutside of their normal working hours.
Responsibilities
- Managing data
- Delivering actionable analytics
- General operational support across entire business
- Assist with 3rd party vendor billing operations as needed
- Support inventory management of all sponsorship products and assets across the Sponsorship Marketing portfolio
- Manage the communications and logistic support of smaller events including creation of sponsor checklists, collection and distribution of sponsor assets to internal stakeholders and external agencies, general communications and answering partner queries relating to the event
- Update and manage events via an Exhibitor Resource Centre - creating tasks, ensuring specifications are communicated, sharing lead information back to sponsors in data privacy compliant formats
- Manage branding approval processes where needed to ensure sponsors meet appropriate guidelines
- Manage Salesforce reports, dashboard creation, opportunity creation and management in Org62
- Manage and update distribution lists
- Contract and MSA management for all events
- Support with various other sponsorship execution elements as determined throughout the year
Required Skills / Experience
