    No experience in behavioral health? No problem!

    We’ll invest in you with paid training and support to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within just 120 days of hire.

    • Competitive Pay

    No RBT yet? Start at $17.50–$18.50 / hour

    RBT certified? Start at $18 / hour, with opportunities to grow to $22.50 / hour

    $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

    Paid RBT certification and training (we cover the exam costs!)

    401(k) with company match

    $500 referral bonus

    Paid time off, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement

    1 : 1 client sessions—no group billing or overwhelming caseloads

  • ???? Schedule & Requirements :

    • Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

    High school diploma or GED required

    Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field is a plus

    Experience with children or individuals with special needs is preferred

    Must be 18 or older with a positive, solution-focused attitude
