Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support and troubleshoot daily production in our aerospace facility. This role is floor-focused : solving machining and assembly issues, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards, and driving process improvements to keep parts moving on-time.

This position involves direct engagement with production processes and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on CNC machines, assembly, and special processes
- Provide engineering support for operators and technicians during production runs
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO, and customer requirements
- Work with Quality to address nonconformances and implement corrective actions
- Optimize workflows, tooling, and processes to improve yield and reduce downtime
- Support production planning by coordinating with Engineering, Quality, and Procurement
Qualifications :
3–5+ years in aerospace or precision manufacturing (machining / assembly focus)Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, GD&T, or aerospace assembliesFamiliarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR / EARProblem-solving mindset, comfortable on the shop floorExperience with ERP / MRP systems a plus (D365, SAP, or similar)Required Skills :
Hands-on experience in manufacturing engineeringStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsPreferred Skills :
Experience with advanced aerospace components and processesAbility to work in a small team environment
