Packaging Hand-Finish Kitting Supervisor

  • Blend leadership with craftsmanship—switching seamlessly from supervising to executing precise manual finishing.

Schedule & Differential

  • 2nd shift available : Mon–Fri, 2–10pm
  • Shift Differential : $0.50 / hr

    • Core Responsibilities

  • Train, direct, and evaluate cell personnel on all assigned tasks.
  • Set up the cell for maximum throughput and minimal waste.
  • Format and print required carton labels accurately.
  • Complete internal / external documentation precisely per procedures and customer specs (including load tags).
  • Interpret job tickets / specifications and confirm readiness before production begins.
  • Perform manual finishing : assembly kitting, inserting, hand folding, hand collating, and taping.
  • Set up and operate conveyors, tape machines, strapping machines, shrink wrappers, and related equipment.

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 25 lbs constantly.
  • Comfortable standing and moving throughout the plant for most of the shift; can push, pull, stoop, bend, reach, and lift repeatedly.
  • Can read and write legibly; follow verbal and written instructions; perform basic math for weights, dimensions, and quantities.
  • Proficiency : Spanish language; Binding experience.
