Job Summary :
We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our executive team. This role requires fluent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to facilitate day-to-day coordination with local teams and overseas partners. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing both administrative and personal tasks with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
- Translate documents, emails, and communications between English and Mandarin
- Draft, format and proofread reports, memos, and presentations
- Act as liaison between executive and internal / external stakeholders, including Chinese-speaking suppliers
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with procurement tracking, order coordination, and production scheduling support
- Support executive in both business and occasional personal tasks
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence
- Communicate with overseas partners, factories, or suppliers on behalf of the executive
- Track deadlines and deliverables for ongoing projects
- Help onboard new clients, partners, or internal staff as required
Requirements & Qualifications :
