Performance Improvement Analyst - Revenue Cycle
Provide data measurement support through collection, analysis, reporting, and ongoing consultation to drive performance improvement and quality initiatives. Develop and maintain databases to assist with data analysis, quality scoring, and productivity measurement.
Education and Experience Required :
Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and one (1) year of experience in revenue cycle, performance improvement, data analysis, operations, or quality assurance. Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required : N / A
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Proficient knowledge of revenue cycle operations from start to finish.
Responsibilities :
Physical and Environmental Demands : Requires occasional working hours significantly beyond regularly scheduled hours, occasional travelling to offsite locations, occasional activities subject to significant volume changes of a seasonal / clinical nature, constant work produced subject to precise measures of quantity and quality, occasional bending, occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, occasional crouching / stooping, occasional driving, occasional kneeling, occasional pushing / pulling, occasional reaching, frequent sitting, occasional standing, occasional twisting, and frequent walking.
