Observe and report on patients' responses to treatment and any changes in their conditions to the supervising nurse or physician. Treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning using accepted standards of practice. Instruct and inform the healthcare team, patients, and their families / caregivers about the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals. Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice. Current CPR certification. A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
