STR Lancaster is seeking a full-time, master's level therapist to join their growing team!

We offer partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) — available both day and night — led by psychiatric providers, licensed clinicians, and experienced professionals. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is also available at every level of care.

Compensation Range : $50,000 - $70,000 annually (Depending upon degree, license, experience, and location)

How You will Contribute

The clinician is responsible to ensure that excellent clinical care is provided to all clients. This position is responsible to design treatment and aftercare plans and supporting referrals. This position is required to also implement group therapy and clinical therapy for substance use and or mental health disorders. This position must also document all treatment activities and consistently consult with treatment team.

Relationships and Contacts

Within the organization : Establish and maintain productive working relationships with peers and accounting team members throughout Steps to Recovery and affiliated facilities.

Outside the organization : Establish and maintain productive working relationships with third party vendors, as necessary.

Position Responsibilities

What We're Seeking

Position requires a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Must hold or be working toward Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC). Position requires a minimum of one (1) year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, preferably with clients with Mental Health diagnoses, including Thought Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Trauma History, Anxiety and Depression, strongly preferred.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
