Incentive Analyst – Remote
Salary Range : $114,000–$130,000 annually

A nationally recognized healthcare organization is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Incentive Analyst to join their team. This role will drive compensation strategy, retention initiatives, and business performance through oversight of the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and capital investment processes. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), including eligibility, tracking, distribution, and communication to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain financial models to project incentive outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Deliver quarterly profitability and performance metric updates to leadership and program participants
- Evaluate incentive and retention programs, benchmark effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement
- Quantify turnover costs and track savings to strengthen retention and engagement efforts
- Lead improvements to the capital request process, conduct lookback analyses, and assess investment performance
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic business decisions and enhance financial performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field5+ years in financial modeling, incentive / compensation analysis, or capital investmentAdvanced Excel skills; Power BI or data visualization experience preferredHealthcare or large, multi-site organization experience preferredStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsOccasional travel
