As a Registered Nurse-Emergency Department you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative team atmosphere where patients from our rural community are appreciative for the excellent hands-on care they receive. Workflow can change quickly, and support staff is readily available.

Working in the Emergency Department gives nurses the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of cases and patients. You will regularly be facing new challenges and learning and maintaining new skills. Few other nursing careers give you so much experience in such a wide scope of injuries and illnesses.

We offer opportunity for growth for a Registered Nurse-Emergency Department within the department and organization and support continuing education. The Registered Nurse-Emergency Department will enjoy a close-knit environment with coworkers, a newly designed advanced orientation process and hands on management team.

Hours for the Registered Nurse-Emergency Department are 12-hour night shifts, 7p-7a, 5 shifts per bi-weekly pay period, 0.750 FTE, with rotating holidays and every 3rd weekend. WI RN license with a minimum of 1 year ER experience and ACLS certification strongly preferred. Experience with Epic a plus. We offer Holiday pay, night and weekend differentials along with an enhanced benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, Paid Time Off and a 401k savings plan!
