Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Immediate openings for dedicated pharmacists to support a fast-growing digital / mail order pharmacy specializing in dispensing non-insurance medications. This direct hire role is based in Florence, KY, focusing on mail order prescription fulfillment for all 50 states plus DC. The pharmacy dispenses primarily generic medications, with some brand and specialty drugs, handling a high volume of prescriptionsover 200,000 in a recent month.

Schedule and Hours :

Weekend shifts : Saturday 7 : 00 a.m.3 : 30 p.m., Sunday 11 : 00 a.m.5 : 00 p.m.
Occasional weekday shifts as needed within MondayFriday, 7 : 00 a.m.7 : 00 p.m.
Per diem opportunities with ongoing weekend coverage

Responsibilities :

Full cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment, including reviewing and verifying prescriptions

Supervising pharmacy technicians during shifts

Adapting quickly to high-volume workflow and collaborating effectively with team members to maintain efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications and Experience :

Licensed pharmacist with a valid Kentucky pharmacy license (pharmacists licensed in Cincinnati, OH, are encouraged to verify KY licensure eligibility)

Experience in high-volume retail pharmacy settings preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure

Excellent teamwork and munication skills
