We are actively seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join a rural health clinic setting. The role offers a balanced 4 / 8 schedule, with 1 / 24 hour ER cross-coverage, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will thrive in an independent working environment with collaborative physician support, catering to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities :
- Independently manage patient care, treating routine, acute, and chronic illnesses, minor injuries, and providing true ER coverage.
- See an estimated 18-20 patients per day, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate healthcare delivery.
- Relocate to the community to become an integral part of the patient community and foster strong patient-provider relationships.
Benefits :
