A company is looking for a Quality Assurance, Risk Control & Special Investigations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality audits of call center interactions and review service forms for compliance and accuracy
Perform pre-referral fraud investigations and maintain documentation of suspicious cases
Monitor operational controls and assist in process improvements to mitigate risks
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Fraud Analysis within the life insurance or financial services industry
Strong knowledge of life insurance policy lifecycle and TPA operating procedures
Proven ability to analyze transaction histories for risk and fraud assessment
Experience with quality monitoring systems and conducting internal control audits preferred
Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing life insurance preferred
