Dealer Success Manager - Atlanta at Lotlinx.

Key Responsibilities
Foster strong, long-term relationships with active dealers through weekly calls, monthly performance reviews, and proactive problem solving, providing tailored solutions for dealer success.
Educate dealers on Lotlinx products, company, and best practices including risk inventory, channel marketing, and market trends.
Conduct regular meetings using data and reports (weekly, quarterly) to ensure optimal use of our platform and to set up strategic campaigns to achieve dealer goals.
Assess and manage risks for each dealer to proactively prevent churn, driving retention and revenue growth.
Identify and prioritize updates based on dealer feedback, industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive analysis using our tools.
Generate sales with new dealerships, increase market penetration, and contribute revenue.
Meet or exceed sales goals within an assigned book of business and independently grow that book.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Track record of managing dealer relationships with dealer principals and dealer groups
Ability to interpret and present data effectively using a consultative approach
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and adapt to change
Strong communication and presentation skills with a focus on listening and influencing
Proven ability to deliver outstanding client service
Experience interfacing with client contacts at various leadership levels
Ability to present Lotlinx platform and respond to client requirements with urgency
Ability to educate and consult with dealers on offered products and solutions
Connect client requirements to internal teams with urgency
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and energy
Pay : $100,000 base salary + generous commission structure.
