Call Center Specialist - Nucar Wholesale

What You'll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to schedule sales appointments.
  • Build instant rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate our offerings.
  • Utilize inside sales and internet marketing strategies to generate leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have :

  • 1-3 years of experience in inbound / outbound customer service or sales calls.
  • Outstanding phone communication skills - confidence, clarity, and persuasion are key!
  • A proven track record in inside sales, internet marketing, or appointment scheduling.
  • Strong ability to handle objections and overcome challenges with resilience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • A valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience.
  • Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
