Job Description
Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of production floor operations during the second shift, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with shift personnel, the Quality Control Supervisor, Production Manager, materials handling, and senior management to quickly address and resolve any issues.
- Proactively identify operational challenges and implement timely, effective solutions with clear follow-up.
- Enforce adherence to all shop rules and promote a culture of accountability and respect.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes are followed correctly to produce quality composite products.
- On-the-job training provided for composite fabrication techniques.
- Promote and coordinate efforts to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
