Position : Machine Operator

Location : Mascot TN

Shifts Available :

  • 2nd Shift : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM
  • 3rd Shift : 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM

Pay : $15

Job Description : Are you mechanically inclined with a passion for manufacturing? We are currently seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team at our facility in Mascot TN. As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that our machines operate efficiently and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.
  • Monitor production output and adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift hours as needed.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
